A word to the wise: cycling jerseys = great for cycling! For runners, they don't wick nearly enough sweat away and cause some chafing in unpleasant spots.
In other news, today was the hardest training day thus far. Legs felt really dead midway through; OK at the start and end. That's what I get for stacking my training poorly- hills, track, then long workout is...punishing. Time to ease off for the weekend; cross training, anyone?
