Legs felt quite dead at the start of the workout today. Gotta learn to push through it
Distance today was a bit more than 3 miles. We ran it 5 minutes on, 2 off. I finished more than 12 laps within 21 minutes, so I was running a good clip. I really must bring my gps watch to these workouts.
