Day 95: 4 miles (track)

Yet another happy coincidence with a speed workout exactly the length as planned.

Warmup: Chip trail, striders
Workout: 4x1600 (1 lap fast, 3 laps....faster. Rotate the fast lap through)

2. 5:50
3. 5:55
4. 5:49

Looks like I'll have to bump up my VDot from 52. My goal time was 6:11.
