Cross training today. Man, my swimming skills have suffered, but it still felt great to get back in the water.
Warmup:

Kick 100m
IM 100m
Drill 100m
Swim 100m
Then the ladder:

400 (and then I had to go to work)
I found the tri group at work (Hi Keenan?) Considering doing a sprint distance in Santa Cruz in August.
