Day 39: Track

Time, not distance today.

2 minutes I pace
1 minute recovery
1 minute I pace
30 seconds recovery
30 seconds I pace
30 seconds recovery

Rinse, wash, repeat (4x)

It felt good to push in a different way (than just running long distances)

Speaking of which, tomorrow is my 18 miler before work. Half anticipation, half dread (though really, it's an incremental change)
