Another 12 miler- around Gunn, through the Preserve, and back. Just wasn't feeling it today. Slow and cranky about losing my spare apartment key. At least I did it faster than on Day 80 (and did more climbing!) Still not as fast as day 59, but there always are these days in training.

Tried out an "e-gel" today. 150 calories, no caffeine, funky flavors. Went down okay, but required lots of water chasers.
