I ran too fast today.

200 recovery between each

2x400 R pace (1:21) 1:11 ish
400 recovery

1 x 1600 T pace (6:36) 6:15
1 minute rest

2x400 R pace(1:21) 1:11 ish
400 recovery

4x200 R pace(40) 34-36
200 recovery

I really need to get back in the pool/on a bike. For my sanity's sake!
