The creepy thing is that I ran all of my 400's right on the dot. Flashbacks to school and 400's with Bryson Igarta, Philip Bliss, Kridner, and Jason. Ah...memories.
I sure hope I'm not getting shin splints. It's intermittent soreness beneath my kneecap. Oh well, ice it, ibuprofen, and cycling tomorrow and I should be just fine. SO CLOSE TO TAPER.
